Delivery & Returns
We are currently offering FREE UK delivery on all orders. We work with Royal Mail to ship orders via 2nd Class. Allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
For deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland please allow an additional day for delivery.
Our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Under the CCRs we are only able to refund unopened products. Please see below for more information on Cancelling an Order.
Loro Crisps Ltd cannot accept returns or exchanges of our products due to their perishable nature. We have to comply to strict food safety regulations which means it is not possible for us to accept returns or exchange products once they have reached you the customer.
Whilst Loro Crisps take every care in packaging our products for shipment so that they arrive in perfect condition to you. However, if the products are damaged or broken in any way upon receiving your Loro Crisps Ltd orders, please inform us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and upload a photograph of the damaged goods. We will send you another product as soon as possible and contact our courier to further investigate the issue.
